Before we take on your property, we do have to check that it is of a good and well maintained standard i.e. safe to be rented and of a good rental standard. Before listing it is required an authorised representative of "Best Bulgaria Home Care"Ltd., to make full description and pictures of your property. To present your villa/apartment, please, spare a few minutes to fill in the enclosed description form. After receiving the form we will contact you within 12 hours to clarify any unspecified details. Rental options:
1. Service management option:
For 20 % of gross rent, the company will:
- advertise the property on their site and other rentals sites;
- take bookings and payments;
- arrange the pick-up from Varna airport of the rental guests;
- provide general support to the guests during their stay.
Notes: Your property will be listed as a Private offer on www.balchikholidays.com, www.bulgariaholidaylettings.com, www.villabg.net and the company will be quit of all responsibilities concerning the cleaning and the maintenance of the property during the rental period.
2. Full rental management option:
For 30% of gross rent, the company will:
- advertise the property on their site and other rentals sites;
- take bookings and payments;
- arrange and cover the cost for pick-up from Varna airport of the rental guests;
- arrange and cover the cost for cleaning and laundry services of property once a week, when property is rented out by the company;
- arrange maintenance of the property during the rental period. All costs for repairs or upgrades are covered by the owner;
- provide general support to the guests during their stay.
