În atenția tuturor oaspeților noștri actuali și viitori: Dorim să vă informăm că, începând cu 15/09/2020, piscina de la Villa Rosa Venti are o pompă de căldură suplimentară „PISCINE ASTRALE”, cu care apa din piscină nu mai este fiți sub influența soarelui și veți fi la temperatura la alegere, în timpul zilei și noaptea.

Mai multe despre Rose ...
"Rosa dei Venti" sau literalmente tradusă din engleza "Rose of the Winds" a fost predecesorul busolei de astăzi. Simbolul trandafirului a fost folosit în Evul Mediu ca un reper important pentru toți călătorii și marinarii. Marcajele de pe carduri au dat direcția corectă și vânturile provenind din cele opt direcții ale lumii, ale căror nume erau: Tramontana, Greco, Levante, Sirocco, Mezzogiorno, Libecho, Mistral și Ponente.
"Rose of the Winds", acest ghid puternic și învechit de a deveni un simbol și nume al Villa Rosa Dei Venti. Casa este un design arhitectural și o creație a proprietarilor vilei - o familie tânără care și-a găsit drumul aici într-unul din cele mai frumoase și pitorești orașe din Europa - Balcic. După finalizarea construcției finale și decorarea vilei vine ideea - rezultatul muncii sale poate fi împărtășit și apreciat de mulți oameni care pot rămâne aici și se pot bucura de atmosfera unică a locului.

Vila a fost construită în stil mediteranean italian - spaniol. Se respectă toate legile "Feng Shui", arta antică chineză de mobilier armonios și stilul de viață, precum și principiile "celor cinci elemente" - foc, pământ, apă, metal și lemn combinate simbiotic în spațiu interior și exterior.
Curtea ...
Pentru confortul oaspeților din curte există mai multe locuri diferite pentru recreere, înconjurate de numeroase arbusti și flori înflorite și înverzite.
Terasa "Ponente" este unul dintre cele mai mari si mai vesele locatii din casa. Aceasta este zona cu piscină, jacuzzi și Grand Pergola de mai jos, care este o zonă de grătar și o canapea confortabilă pentru relaxare și unele chat. Toate acestea înconjurate de vegetație frumoasă și luncă verde luxuriantă.
Zona: "Sirocco" sau "Sub umbra unui nuc". Excelent loc pentru a vă relaxa în umbra Big nuc cu sticla rece de vin alb în mână, și de ce nu pentru un somn de pranz la pranz în aer liber !?
Zona: "Levante" sau "iazul de pește și cascada". Un loc pentru relaxare, meditație sau doar un loc pentru a bea cafea de dimineață, contemplând verdeața grădinii de rocă, frumusețea cascadei și peștii japonezi de aur - Koi.
Terasa "Mistral" sau terasa mare. Este cel mai înalt punct de pe acoperișul vilei. Acesta oferă o vedere incredibil de frumoasă la mare, la oraș și la pantele de munte. O mulțime de scaune pentru relaxare, șezlonguri și umbrele, terasa poate fi ocupată în orice moment al zilei, dar în special scenice și de neuitat sunt momentele la apus și seara târziu, când minciuna se poate bucura de cerul înstelat, briza de mare, mirosul de flori și păduri verzi provenind din dealurile din apropiere și din curte.
Vila are un spațiu mare de parcare pentru 4 mașini cu poartă automată cu telecomandă.

După cum sa menționat mai sus, designul vilei este pe deplin compatibil cu arta antică de est "Feng Shui" și cu principiile celor cinci elemente și direcții. Dar nu este limitat la stilul estic, dimpotrivă, fiecare spațiu are propriul său stil autentic și aspect original, așa cum sunt importate și note ale tendințelor globale în designul interior.
Vila are un total de 5 dormitoare:
Podelele sau apartamentele "Atica" Gorund din vilă sunt un apartament cu un dormitor separat, cu intrare proprie, proiectat în stil antic. Un dormitor elegant și confortabil, cu o canapea extensibilă și un televizor. Pe podea sunt mașină de spălat și uscător, o baie și o toaletă.
La primul etaj se află dormitorul "Paris chic Library". Această cameră este decorată în stilul Vintage - Shabby Chic, confortabil, elegant cu accesorii frumoase și rafinate în stil, cu eleganță pariziană și bibliotecă generoasă, cu cărți selectate în trei stiluri diferite limbajul contribuie la confortul și stilul de șemineu din piatră albă. Camera are un dormitor confortabil, care poate fi transformat în două paturi de o persoană, cu mecanism de ridicare. Deasupra șemineului este un televizor LSD mare cu televizor digital.
Al doilea etaj are 3 dormitoare tematice cu stil autentic.
"Aqua Blue Zen" este dormitorul, care vă duce la liniștea mării și simbolurile filozofiei Zen și a Estului. Camera are un dormitor confortabil, care poate fi împărțit în două paturi individuale cu mecanism de ridicare, TV LSD și un decor cu tematică foarte frumos. Dormitorul are un balcon propriu cu vedere spre orașul montan retras.
Dormitorul "Pe plajă", datorită decorului său 3D și elementelor de pe plajă, creează senzația că vă aflați într-o plajă retrasă departe de viața de rutină și de zi cu zi. Dormitorul are un pat mare și confortabil și un hard disk inteligent TV inteligent, titluri de film. Dormitorul are o terasă mare cu priveliști minunate, cu acces direct la curte și piscină. Am stabilit un set de cafea convenabil pentru depanarea relaxării codului și a confidențialității oaspeților.
"Romantic Asia" este dormitorul principal cu o atmosferă foarte romantică în stil asiatic. Camera are un pat propriu proiectat, un decor original și un televizor Smart cu un hard disk mare, cu o mulțime de filme înregistrate. Dormitorul se întinde pe o terasă mare, cu acces direct la curte și piscină.
Casa are trei băi și trei toalete, câte unul pe fiecare etaj cu dușuri moderne și toalete cu bideuri încorporate.
Vila are două bucătării, una în casă, cealaltă este la piscină și grătar.
Bucătăria din casă "La cucina" are toate accesoriile de bucătărie și mașinile auxiliare și aparatele de bucătărie: frigider mare, cuptor, cuptor cu microunde, mașină de spălat vase, mașină de spălat vase, filtru de cafea, toaster, ceainic pentru ceai, presă de citrice. Bar Island, la îndemână pentru o gustare rapidă.
Sala de mese este un loc confortabil decorat în stilul Vintage Urban Shabby Chic care separă livingul de bucătărie. Acvariul frumos cu goldfish aduce atingeri suplimentare de confort și relaxare.

- Balchik(about 12 000 population) is a charming town, located 47 km north of Varna city. It is like an amphitheatre on the very seashore. The Royal Palace, the Botanical garden, the churches, the Museum of History together with many other attractions make Balchik one of the most visited resorts on the Black sea coast. The Balchik port played an important role in the town's development, being the third sea-side port in terms of significance after the ones in Varna and Burgas. The unique nature and the ancient history make the today's romantic charm of Balchik - a constant source of inspiration for artists, poets and artists.
- The Royal Palace and the Botanical garden in Balchik.The official name of the palace was the Quiet Nest Palace. It was constructed between 1926 and 1937, during the Romanian rule of the region, for the needs of Queen Maria of Romania. Attracted by the beauty and the romanticism of the seaside town, inspired by the centuries-old trees, the wild flowers and the bird species in the region, Queen Maria of Romania selected Balchik to build her summer residence.The palace complex consists of a number of residential villas, a smoking hall, a wine cellar, a power station, a monastery, a holy spring, a chapel and many other buildings, as well as most notably a park that is today a state-run botanical garden. In 1955 the Balchik Botanical Garden was established at the place of the palace's park. It has an area of 65,000 m² and accommodates 2000 plant species. One of the garden's main attractions is the collection of large-sized cactus species arranged outdoors on 1000 m².
- Kaliakra capeis the longest cape on the Bulgarian coast. The picturesque cape is located about 30 km north from Balchik. Kaliakra cape stretches 2 km deep into the sea and consists of 60-70 m high limestone rocks, the inaccessibility of which has been the main reason for the construction of an ancient fortress named Tirisis there. According to local tradition forty girls, the sole survivors of a Turkish attack, tied their long plaits of hair together and jumped to their deaths, rather than be raped by the victors. Nowadays Kaliakra is a nature reserve, where dolphins, shags and a numbers of typical steppe birds can be observed, it is one of the very good birdwatching sites in Bulgaria.
- Kavarna townis one of the relatively bigger towns along the Black Sea coast with its population of a bit over 12 200. On the high hill of Chirakman, which is 3 km away from Kavarna, still can be seen remains of Roman fortresses and medieval town. Kavarna, recognised today as the Rock capital of Bulgaria with so many concerts of world famous bands and artists like Apocalyptica, Deep Purple, Saxxon, Ronnie James Dio, Scorpions, Accept, Destruction, Gamma Rey and Victory, turns into an attractive place for a holiday, combining the modern comfort with a unique atmosphere, at the same time preserving its tranquility and charm.
- Durankulak and Shabla lakes- The Durankulak lake was declared a protected area in 1983 as part of the measures for the preservation of endangered species. It is also where one of the two major birth migration routes passes - the so-called “Via Pontika”. Near the lakes of Shabla and Durankulak there are law-protected damp areas of international importance. These territories are the most significant winter quarters in Europe for many water birds. The Shabla Lake is one of the biggest habitats of the White Water Lily and Yellow Water Lily in Bulgaria. The lakes give shelter also to the Otter, which is a rare animal species in Europe.

Great villa with superb views. The villa was more than we exspected, with a lovely pool and gorgouse gardens, which was great for bbq's. All home comforts within the villa, perfect for a self catering holiday. The local people were very friendly in bars and restaurants . And due to the exchange rates the area is great value for money. As a whole would highly recommend this villa. Plan to return soon. 5 * :-) -

Villa owners were very helpful before we left the UK in providing information. We arrived at Varna airport to be met by driver who were very friendly and helpful. We followed to the villa in our car hire. Had a quick tour of the beautiful villa then the owners gave us a tour of Balchik - well worth it.
The Villa is well equipped, although there was only the four of us (girls aged 8 and 11) the villa is spacious enough for 2 families with kids, or a family and grandparents. Five very large double rooms with Queen beds, suitable for kids or adults, travel cot. Well equipped kitchen, large kitchen/dining area.
We liked the shower room/loo downstairs as well as the bathroom upstairs as it was great to use during the day. The pool is lovely, sunbeds included cushions and there is a lovely tree in the corner providing much needed shade if it gets too hot for you!
You don't really need a car as you can walk (down the hill) to the Palace/botanical gardens and either dine/shop there, or get a taxi to Seaside lane (promenade) at Balchik - for only £2 - £4. We hired a car so we could drive to Albena and the excellent waterpark, Acropolis at Golden Sands (20 mins away - can get taxi there).
Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from and spend a lovely evening watching the sun go down. Bulgaria/Black Sea Coast is beautiful and the people are very friendly. Its also amazingly cheap at the moment to eat out, shop etc. We would highly recommend Rosa dei Venti as its in an excellent location on the Black Sea coast. -

We had a very pleasant holiday in Balchik .The villa is very comfortable and big enough for 10 people .The pool is great , our 2 little kids enjoyed very much swimming. The house is situated in a quiet area and the pool and garden are very private.

We stayed at this villa in August, 2012 for two weeks. We had with us our children, 8 and 4, and some extended family. We traveled to Bulgaria all the way from San Francisco, California for a month of vacation. Our stay at Rosa dei Venti was great! The villa is beautiful and very comfortable. The beach at Albena was very nice! Not crowded and safe! It takes 10 minutes to get there by car. There is plenty of parking which is also safe. The owner's reps were very nice and supportive. The town of Balchik and the Albena resort offer plenty of venues for dinning and entertainment. Our favorite Black Sea fish was the Kalkan. Just delicious! It can compete with the best of the Pacific Salmon or Alaskan Halibut we are accustomed to. We will not hesitate to book this villa again for
another Summer vacation on the Black Sea.

We selected 5HC based on our decision to see Queen Marie's Palace + Gardens and to escape for one week from the bustling city we earn our living in as well as based on the unanimously positive reviews and appealing images from the property's presentation.
First contact with the owners, relaxed and welcoming, strengthened our impression that we might be on the right track. Test call with preliminary questions about some details such as local availability of data pre-paid SIM for mobile internet was reassuring, yes, we were on the right track.
A couple of months later I was driving an AVIS rented car from Bucharest to Balchik, loaded with my wife, my 25 years old daughter and luggage for several weeks (just the minimum :-D) under a blue sky and a shiny sun promising enough to be merry and anticipative.
After 6 hours of driving on the route indicated by google maps, half of it in Bulgaria, filled with strange speed limit indicators in the middle of sunflower fields, we arrived at our destination.
The owners met us at the property which is beautifully located on a small hill, thus having a wonderful view towards the sea as well as being far enough from the center in order to have the quiteness we were so much longing for.
The property is definitely a home designed and prepared by the owners to enjoy the location, scenery and natural assets of Balchik, with its charming mixture of green, rural, sea and history that is not easily found in today's world oriented towards spectacular, quantity, noise and exaggerations.
It provides the comfort, cleanliness, vital space and care for everyone's needs so much welcome after a journey filled with hope and expectations. The five bedrooms, the panoramic sea view terraces, the three bathrooms, the living room with audio-video facilities and comfy sofas, the dining room shared with an open kitchen fully equiped and a small fireplace corner, the tiled garden big enough to accomodate a big table for 8, a coffee corner for 4, the pool with the jacuzzi big enough for a few strokes, the 10 sunbeds, the corner positioned nut-tree with its beneficial shade, the useful wonderfull barbecue, the available free high speed wifi, the cable tv for late watchers, the modern alarm system, the friendly and supportive owners available 24/7 concur to assuring all the comfort needed for a holiday to remember with pleasure.
We enjoyed the morning swims in the pool, the afternoon trips at the nearby beaches, the local restaurants with friendly people and fresh fish, the Dalboka clam farm trip (25 kms away), the charming Queen Marie of Romania Palace with its gardens transformed into the University Botanical Gardens, the late night barbecues on the border of our pool, the magnificent night skies filled with stars while the wind was swooshing through the leaves of the nut-tree, the quiet nights far away from any stress, the joyful sunrises filled with birdsongs and the cycle recommenced.
After one week we had the feeling that we had been there for one month, difficult to challenge that.
So that we can summarize as follows:
Do you need to rest in a quiet, sunny, fresh, airy, green, friendly, by the sea location with the comfort of civilization and the feeling of being far away from the aggressive part of it?
Then Rosa dei Venti is for you.
And for us too as we intend to come back as soon as we have a few free days available.

Haylins Haven is very well situated for the town of Balchik, less than 10 mins walk to reach the sea front & a whole host of places to eat. On arrival we were met by the owners who drove us down into Balchik to show us good places to eat, supermarkets, health spas, where to get cash, etc. We were also shown around the villa, practical advice such as how to use the air con (very useful on hot evenings) etc. The villa was clean, modern and very well furnished to a very high standard, very much home from home. We were given contact numbers should we need assistance. The night before we arrived the car hire company let us down on our 7 seater car, and Velimir and Marta (owners) arranged for us to be collected by a local taxi company who ended up being our sole transport for the week. We actually saved money doing this, so not only did Velimir sort out our last minute crisis, but we also had a lovely stress free week without any driving.
The villa is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The outdoor area is secure, and spacious, and importantly, very private. The pool has comfortable sun loungers (more than enough for all 6 of us). A bbq area next to the pool is perfect for an evening in with a glass of wine. From a practical point (having a large family) it was great not having to take towels & the washing machine came in very useful.
It is very difficult to say what we liked least about the property because there really wasn't anything to dislike. We weren't even plagued by mosquitoes. To sum it up, 'It was an excellent location, and when we return to Bulgaria it will be our first choice of accommodation. -

Considering the reviews posted on Tripadviser i booked this villa for a week in late July, looking for a peaceful oasis. The details provided by the owner are accurate and the villa looks great. A car is mandatory in order to reach a decent beach (we choose to go to Albena, only 10 min by car), or to visit the places of interest in neighborhood, or for clubbing. Marta and Velli, the owners, are very professional, and their advices were very useful for our stay. We really enjoyed to eat at the Tex-Mex House in Albena and to order pizza, steaks, and other Bulgarian dishes from the restaurant Veroni in Balchik. If you need a cosy place in Bulgaria to charge your batteries Rosa dei Venti is the place! -

This was a fantastic holiday in Bulgaria, we were met at the airport by a very friendly driver and transferred to the villa. The managing agents from Balchikholidays.com were amazing and the owners were very accommodating to our needs, the villa was of very high standard and it was lovely to have a pool where we swam every day as it was lovely weather. People of Bulgaria are very friendly and we really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend this villa, lively relaxing stay! Thank you x -

We stayed for 7 nights in June with another couple and, having spent the first week of our holiday driving around Bulgaria (exploring), it was great to arrive at Rosa dei Venti which was really nice, clean, and spacious for two couples. We spent a lot of time sunbathing around the pool whilst we were there. We also enjoyed watching a couple of DVD's in the evening in the comfy living room. Having good internet access was also really useful.
I would recommend it. -

The villa was beautiful, immaculately clean and extremely well equipped. It is very modern and has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lovely furniture. The pool was wonderful - a good size but quite deep for young children. Velimir and Marta were extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay relaxing and easy. We had a fantastic holiday and I would definitely recommend Rosa dei Venti villa and Balchikholidays. It is a 15 minute walk to Marina City or a 5 minute taxi ride but there are shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. We had a lovely family holiday and would go again. -

We were over for a family holiday and were 5 adults and a 2 year old. The owners Velimir and Marta was absolutely fantastic to deal with from beginning to end on booking right through to deposit refund. The villa is everything you could wish for with private pool and huge bedrooms. Spotlessly clean with all amenities. We didn't hire a car but would recommend if you wish to go arround to some nice sandy beaches which are only 10 min drive. Although for us we enjoyed staying at the pool and we also had about 20 people for a BBQ one day from both families and the villa was perfect for everyone to enjoy it! Balchik is lovely but more geared towards couples and adults with lovely restaurants but not much nightlife. Albena is amazing with everything for all ages and completely unspoilt and we could have spent everyday there with our 2 year old! We found an hotel there called Laguna Beach who served lunch all inclusive as much as you can eat and drink..wine/beer for!! It was gorgeous and the white wine lovely and chilled and perfect for lunch out of the midday sun! Our only regret is that we didn't book another week! Highly recommend booking with Velimir and Marta and this villa is perfect for a larger group or family. -

01.07.2016Ich war hin und hergerissen von der schönen Villla! Preis Leistung ist sowas von unglaublich. Wir waren auf Maturareise dort was eigentlich einmalig sein sollte aber überlegen uns trotzdem nächstes Jahr wieder hinzufahren
Es mag etwas blöd klingen aber man kommt sich sehr reich vor da in unmittelbarer Nähe keine derartige Villa ist. Man fühlt sich so ein bisschen Fehl am Platz. Aber wenn einen das nicht stört, würde ich es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!! :) -

Parfait sur tous les points. Pas de problèmes pour réserver, Martha parle parfaitement plusieurs langues dont le français. L' accueil est sympathique, la villa superbe, calme, pas loin de la ville et des plages. L'équipement est top niveau. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille (12 personnes + Enfants) sans rencontrer de problème. Nous reviendrons et recommandons vivement cette location. -

08.11.2016We booked it as part of our wedding and families from both parties enjoyed it a lot (age from 5 to 75). Beautiful place, we found all we looked for :) Very friendly hosts, helped with lots of tips: taxis, duners, etc.

21.07.2019Vi var två familjer sammanlagt 10 personer och huset fungerade utmärkt! När diskmaskinen gick sönder var husägaren snabbt på plats och löste det med en ny maskin! En huskatt ingår i hyran och det var skiftande meningar i vårt sällskap om det var trevligt eller ej. Huset låg så att man kan gå en promenad till restauranger. Några på ca 8 minuter och. Strandpromenaden tar ca 30 minuter. Men helt ok för oss. Vi trivdes väldigt bra! Rekommenderas! Vi rekommenderar även en restaurang på strandpromenaden som heter La Terrassa. Vällagad mat med fin utsikt! -

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette belle villa qui offre tout le confort nécessaire pour 2 familles . La piscine et l'espace exterieur étaient fabuleux. Les propriétaires ont tout simplement été professionnels mais bien plus encore. Ils nous ont rendu des services personnels et pris de leur temps pour nous dépanner quand la voiture était en panne et quand nous avons eu un soucis de médicaments pour ma maman diabétique. Un énorme merci à vous et pour votre villa qui mérite qu'on y revienne .
